This means that in addition to the low initial costs, which are shown from the off as the exact charge that gets invoiced, our teacher's can get a decent wage to promote loyalty to the company and reliability for our client schools. 

Our teacher's deserve the best opportunities so we are proud to cater an in-house qualification system which provides subject specific training weekly. We collate their work experience and will always aid our staff to better themselves through these training sessions. Most of our qualifications are free apart from the diplomas in education as that has to be provided for by another educational institute but can be completed whilst working for Willow Wood Supply. There are salary sacrifice options for this available ensuring that no aspiring QTS teachers are prevented from doing what they love. This is reinforced by our extremely low transfer fees.
